Job Summary
Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development for medically fragile patients in-home visits. Perform start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities, while reviewing physician orders and updating care plans. Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care. Collaborate with operations and business development teams while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and Aveanna policies. Schedule includes Monday–Friday daytime hours with rotating on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in applicable jurisdictions, including vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions
