Job Summary
RN Clinical Supervisor leading in-home nursing care with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include internal case management, Start of Care assessments and re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities to home care, reviewing physicians’ orders and updating care plans, interviewing/selecting/training/validating new clinical staff, enhancing field staff clinical expertise, ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care, collaborating with operations and business development, and maintaining compliance with applicable policies. Requires traveling to patients’ homes within the designated territory, RN licensure, CPR certification, and ability to supervise in-home nurses; schedule includes Monday–Friday daytime hours with on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
