RN Clinical Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule

RN Clinical Supervisor leading in-home nursing operations with a focus on clinical leadership and administrative oversight. Responsibilities include managing internal casework and nursing talent development, performing Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities to home care, reviewing physicians’ orders and updating care plans, assisting in interviewing/training/validating new clinical staff, enhancing clinical expertise of field staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care, collaborating with operations and business development, ensuring compliance with state/federal/local policies and Aveanna procedures, and traveling to patients’ homes within the designated territory. The role requires hybrid scheduling (in-home visits with potential hybrid arrangements) and on-call rotations, under an RN license with travel within the service area.
