Job Summary
Leadership-focused RN Clinical Supervisor role guiding internal casework, Start of Care assessments, and ongoing care planning for medically fragile patients in home-based settings. Responsible for interviewing, training, and validating clinical staff, ensuring adherence to Aveanna standards, coordinating hospital discharges, and improving outcomes through clinical mentorship of field nurses. Requires travel to patient homes, in-home nursing supervision for pediatric to adult patients, and on-call rotations; hybrid schedule with in-home visits and branch-based needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
