Job Summary
Leadership RN Clinical Supervisor overseeing internal casework and nursing talent development, conducting Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities to home care, reviewing physicians’ orders and updating care plans, training and validating new clinical staff, and ensuring compliant, high-quality in-home nursing care while mentoring field staff and coordinating with operations and business development.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check
