Job Summary
RN Clinical Supervisor with hybrid schedule overseeing internal casework and field nursing teams in in-home pediatric to adult care. Lead Start of Care assessments, re-evaluations, and care-plan updates; review physician orders; participate in interviewing, training, and validating new clinical staff; mentor field nurses to ensure safe, high-quality in-home nursing aligned with Aveanna Clinical Standard of Excellence. Collaborate with operations and business development; ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations; travel within designated territory to patient homes; on-call rotations included.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
