RN Clinical Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule

Job Summary
Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development for medically fragile patients in-home visits. Perform "Start of Care Assessments" and "Re-evaluations" to transition patients from facilities, while reviewing physicians' orders and updating care plans. Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care. Collaborate with operations and business development teams while ensuring compliance with State, Federal, Local, and Aveanna policies. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours with full-time on-call rotations. Compensation includes $70,000+ base plus quarterly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in applicable jurisdictions, including vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience with computer systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
