Job Summary
RN Clinical Supervisor leading in-home nursing teams with internal case management duties, Start of Care assessments, re-evaluations, and care-plan updates. Responsible for interviewing, training, and validating clinical staff; ensuring compliance with state/federal/local policies; and collaborating with operations and business development to drive high-quality, home-based patient care. Requires traveling to patient homes within the designated territory, supervising in-home clinicians, and maintaining nursing competencies to support medically fragile patients. Hybrid schedule with daytime hours and on-call rotations; full-time role based in West Palm Beach, FL with potential branch-based hybrid arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
