RN Clinical Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule

Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development for medically fragile patients in in-home visits. Perform start-of care assessments and re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities, while reviewing physician orders and updating care plans. Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care. Collaborate with operations and business development teams to ensure compliance with state, federal, and Aveanna policies. Monday–Friday daytime hours with paid rotating on-call rotations. Base salary $66,000+.
