RN Clinical Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule

RN Clinical Supervisor role leading internal case management and clinical leadership for medically fragile patients in in-home settings. Responsibilities include Start of Care Assessments, Re-evaluations, updating care plans and physician orders, interviewing/training/validating new clinical staff, enhancing field staff nursing competencies, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with operations and business development. Requires travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory and a hybrid schedule (in-home visits with potential hybrid arrangement based on branch needs).
