RN Clinical Supervisor - Hybrid Schedule

Clinical leadership role overseeing internal casework and nursing staff in a home healthcare setting. Responsibilities include performing Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities to home care, reviewing physicians’ orders, updating care plans and documentation, interviewing/training/validating new clinical staff, enhancing clinical expertise of field staff, ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care, collaborating with operations and business development, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies. The position combines clinical mentorship with administrative duties, traveling to patients’ homes, and operates on a full-time schedule with on-call rotations in a hybrid role based in West Palm Beach, FL (with additional in-home visits and branch-need variability).
