Job Summary
RN Clinical Supervisor role overseeing internal casework and field staff in pediatric/adult in-home nursing, performing Start of Care Assessments and re-evaluations, reviewing orders and updating care plans, interviewing/training/validating clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with policies while mentoring nurses to deliver high-quality home care; schedule includes full-time daytime hours with on-call rotations and potential hybrid work in West Palm Beach/Riviera Beach area; requires travel to patient homes, active RN license, 1+ year nursing experience, CPR certification, and ability to supervise in-home skilled nursing care across infants to adults.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
