RN- Clinical Supervisor, FT Nights WEO

Coordinate patient and staff assignments, facilitate unit meetings, and direct clinical activities while serving as a staff nurse when census acuity requires. Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, participate in quality improvement, and supervise unit operations including staffing schedules, budget development, and new employee orientation. Interface with medical staff, families, and department heads to ensure compliance with service standards. Maintain inventory, monitor equipment, and respond to sudden changes in patient conditions. Weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM), 36 hours/week. Full-time.
