RN- Clinical Supervisor, FT Nights WEO

Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care for designated areas. Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients while performing delegated duties such as developing staffing schedules, planning unit inservices, conducting staff meetings, and setting departmental goals. Facilitate staff attendance at meetings, participate in unit quality improvement activities, and assist in orienting new employees. Maintain adequate inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper maintenance of the physical environment and equipment. Perform duties of a staff nurse as needed based on census acuity. Maintain a full-time schedule of 36 hours per shift during weekend nights (Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM).
