RN- Clinical Supervisor, FT Nights WEO

Coordinate patient and staff assignments, facilitate unit meetings, and direct clinical activities while responding to sudden changes in patient conditions. Assist in planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, participating in quality improvement and educational training for unit staff. Perform delegated operational duties including developing staffing schedules, budget reports, and setting departmental goals. Maintain adequate inventory, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and participate in Nursing and Medical Center committees as assigned. Full-time role (36 hrs/week) with weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Weekend Option Bonus of $20/hr plus shift differentials. Requires current RN license, two to three years of patient care experience, and CPR certification. BS preferred.
