RN- Clinical Supervisor, FT Nights WEO

Coordinate patient and staff assignments, assist clinical teams with care delivery, and supervise unit operations including scheduling, budgeting, and quality improvement. Facilitate staff meetings, conduct orientation for new employees, and respond to sudden changes in patient conditions. Perform staff nurse duties as needed, manage supply inventory, and participate in departmental committees and workshops. Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and families to ensure smooth unit activities. Weekend nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a $20/hr bonus.
