RN- Clinical Supervisor, FT Nights WEO

Coordinate patient and staff assignments, assist clinical teams with care activities, and facilitate unit meetings. Supervise clinical operations by developing staffing schedules, planning inservices, and managing budgets while directing staff responses to sudden patient condition changes. Perform staff nurse duties as needed, maintain inventory and equipment standards, and participate in quality improvement and departmental committees. Collaborate with management on hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Work 36 hours per week on weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a weekend option bonus.
