RN- Clinical Supervisor, FT Days WEO

Coordinate patient and staff assignments, assist clinical staff with care, and facilitate attendance at meetings. Direct clinical activities, respond to sudden changes in patient condition, and participate in hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Develop staffing schedules, plan unit inservices, conduct staff meetings, and create budget and activity reports. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper maintenance of the physical environment and equipment. Perform staff nurse duties as needed based on census acuity. Full-time role (36 hrs/week) with weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Requires current RN license and 2–3 years of patient care experience. Weekend Option Bonus of $20/hr and shift differentials apply.
