Assure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care while ensuring efficient utilization of available resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes across the continuum and ensure units are appropriately staffed. Proactively manage patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office. Model professional standards, display a positive attitude, and engage co-workers through servant leadership, mentorship, and guidance to promote change. Hold direct and indirect care providers accountable for professional responsibilities and adherence to policy and regulatory guidelines. Participate in the evaluation process in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.
