Job Summary
Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development for medically fragile patients in home care. Perform start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities, while reviewing physician orders and updating care plans. Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff to ensure they meet Aveanna's Clinical Standard of Excellence. Collaborate with operations and business development teams to drive positive outcomes, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local policies. This Monday–Friday, daytime role includes on-call rotations and requires a current RN license, one year of experience, and ability to travel within Lakeland, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in applicable jurisdictions, including vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions
