Job Summary
Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development for field staff providing in-home skilled nursing care. Perform start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities to home care, while reviewing physician orders and updating care plans. Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality nursing delivery. Collaborate with operations and business development teams to drive positive outcomes and ensure compliance with state, federal, and Aveanna policies. Schedule includes Monday–Friday daytime hours with on-call rotations and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current, good-standing RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the designated territory
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults
- Compliance with all health-related requirements in applicable jurisdictions, including vaccinations and testing, subject to medical or religious exemptions
