RN Clinical Supervisor

Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing talent development for medically fragile patients in home care settings. Perform start-of care assessments and re-evaluations to transition patients from facilities, review physician orders, and update care plans. Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, and validating new clinical staff while mentoring field nurses to ensure safe, high-quality care. Collaborate with operations and business development teams and ensure compliance with state, federal, and Aveanna policies. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime hours with on-call rotations; location is Lakeland, FL, involving in-home visits and office work.
