RN Clinical Supervisor 5A Telemetry Observation, Allegheny General

Oversee, monitor, and collect data related to the facility and department's quality and satisfaction measures while serving as the clinical expert and role model for staff. Direct and provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; coordinate the daily clinical and operational components of the unit. Monitor and mentor staff performance, follow up appropriately, and demonstrate effective leadership skills by utilizing the nursing process to coordinate patient care plans for the age-appropriate population. Assure appropriate staffing levels and staffing mix to optimize routine operations within the context of productivity requirements. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
