Job Summary
RN Clinical Service Supervisor for Hospice Services overseeing clinical operations, planning and evaluating hospice patient care, coordinating referrals and supervising staff including the staff nurse and the Interdisciplinary Group, ensuring compliant records and QA/PI activities, promoting effective coordination across disciplines, and educating personnel on admission criteria, policies, and hospice philosophy. Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills; ability to coordinate with administrators, medical director, and community education efforts; multiple locations with in-home and facility-based care in Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse, currently licensed in the State of Georgia
- At least two years of nursing experience; one year in supervision, education or nursing service administration
