Assess patients accurately based on medical condition and administer prescribed medications. Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age, including basic self-care activities, while formulating and evaluating teaching plans that include family members. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, assisting with procedures and addressing psychosocial needs. Prioritize patient care effectively, promote safety by reducing unnecessary harm, and demonstrate cost-effective practices for supplies and charge items. Maintain lifelong learning and ensure BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
