RN-Clinical Resident Nurse - 7T Cardiac Med/Surg

Assess patients accurately based on medical conditions and administer medications as prescribed. Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age, including basic self-care activities and teaching plans that include families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist physicians with procedures requiring technical skills. Identify and address psychosocial needs, communicate with social services regarding hospital and post-discharge requirements, and promote safety by reducing unnecessary harm. Prioritize care effectively, utilize cost-effective practices, and pursue lifelong learning. Requires BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred.
