RN - Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

Collect and validate datasets for quality and patient safety initiatives. Develop run charts, dashboards, and visual displays to monitor performance. Support improvement efforts using structured methodologies like PDSA, Lean, or A3. Prepare reports and presentation materials for quality committees and leadership. Monitor process and outcome measures under senior team guidance. This role supports the organization's Quality Improvement program across all facilities, including outlying Ambulatory Clinics. Full-time weekday schedule required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Nursing
  • Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
  • Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
  • Foundational knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and patient safety principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Foundational analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Desired Qualifications

  • experience with data visualization tools
  • Advanced certification in change management or healthcare quality
