Job Summary
RN Clinical Program Manager for Infant Feeding and Lactation. Full-time role located in Huntington, NY with shift coverage including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Plans and implements clinical services, systems, and performance improvement activities; collaborates with management to develop and maintain policies and procedures for the department; establishes nursing care standards and evaluates staff compliance; oversees education and staff competencies related to care and equipment; monitors quality indicators and audits; manages operational, personnel, and financial aspects of the clinical program; serves as a clinical liaison to hospital administration and coordinates with physicians' offices to ensure smooth throughput; ensures regulatory compliance and data management for patient care. Requires BSN, NYS RN license, IBCLC certification, 5-7 years of technical experience with 0-2 years of leadership experience; Mother/Baby or NICU experience highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required
- Certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) required
- 5-7 years of technical experience and 0-2 years of leadership/management experience, required
- Mother/Baby or NICU experience, highly preferred
