Develop and implement clinical education programs to enhance the competency of nurses and other clinicians. Create, revise, and evaluate educational materials, curricula, and instructional methodologies based on evidence-based practices. Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and training for new hires while conducting workshops and in-service sessions to support staff development and regulatory compliance. Design processes to assess, validate, and document clinical competencies through observation, simulation, and outcome-based metrics. Collaborate with unit leaders to ensure performance appraisals align with organizational standards and maintain thorough understanding of Joint Commission standards. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical practices, leading initiatives to integrate evidence-based practices into workflows. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, policy development, and strategic planning to enhance patient care outcomes.
