Develop, coordinate, and deliver education programs to enhance the clinical competencies of nurses and other clinicians by creating, revising, and evaluating educational materials based on evidence-based practices. Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and training programs for new hires while conducting workshops and in-service sessions to support staff development and regulatory compliance. Design processes to assess, validate, and document clinical competencies through observation and simulation, collaborating with unit leaders to ensure performance appraisals align with organizational standards. Maintain thorough understanding of state and federal regulations, including Joint Commission standards, to ensure compliance in all clinical education programs. Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff, fostering a supportive learning environment while participating in quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
