Job Summary
Develops and delivers education programs to enhance clinical competencies of nurses and clinicians; designs curricula and instructional materials; facilitates orientation and continuing education; assesses and documents clinical competencies; ensures regulatory compliance and aligns with Joint Commission standards; collaborates with unit leaders and preceptors to ensure competency-based evaluations; mentors clinical staff; supports quality improvement initiatives and policy development; exercises discretion in tailoring educational interventions to organizational priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Current RN license in the state of practice: Required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR: Required
