Job Summary
Develops, coordinates, and delivers education programs to enhance the clinical competencies of nurses and clinicians in an acute care setting. Creates, revises, and evaluates educational materials and curricula; facilitates orientation, onboarding, and continuing education; conducts workshops and in-service sessions; develops competency-based assessments; collaborates with unit leaders to align training with regulatory standards and organizational goals; serves as a subject matter expert on clinical practices and regulatory updates; mentors clinical staff and drives integration of evidence-based practices into workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Current RN license in the state of practice: Required
- CPR/BLS certification: Required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR: Required
- Facility Specific License/Certifications: Required
