Job Summary
Coordinate ongoing clinical quality improvement initiatives by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based clinical quality goals using appropriate standards of care. Serve as a liaison, mentor, and facilitator for clinical outcome improvement teams while creating templates to streamline pathway development. Educate others on these initiatives and ensure their integration into day-to-day operations. Provide feedback to medical staff and administration regarding outcomes from clinical improvement initiatives and performance measures of clinical pathways. Serves on at least one nursing council, hospital, or medical center committee to improve patient care. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of healthcare management or quality improvement experience, and a valid RN license. Full-time, rotating shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- two (2) years of experience in healthcare management
- two (2) years of experience in healthcare quality improvement
- two (2) years of experience in case management
- two (2) years of experience in performance improvement
- two (2) years of experience in direct patient care
- Valid RN License
