Job Summary
Supervise delivery of clinical care and related services while monitoring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, and regulations. Provide staff support as needed and conduct investigations to inform management of complaints, concerns, and occurrences. Participate in planning and conducting in-service education programs as requested. This Evening shift role at Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY, supports our non-profit facility offering short-term rehabilitation, sub-acute care, and nursing home services.
Required Qualifications
- New York State RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related area
- Previous experience as an RN in a subacute and/or long term care facility
- Previous experience as an RN supervisor
