RN Clinical Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Manage provider clinical support workflows, coordinate medication refill requests, and oversee call center triage to ensure appropriate patient direction. Review and route laboratory results, imaging reports, and clinical documents to providers while developing standardized nursing workflows and protocols. Lead clinical projects to improve patient care and operational performance, supporting Chronic Care Management and population health programs. Monitor clinical work queues, assist with EHR optimization, and provide training on nursing best practices. Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve clinical processes, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and serve as a clinical resource for problem-solving. Travel between clinic locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Current Florida Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Three years of nursing experience
- Experience with electronic health records
- Level 2 background clearance
- Must have all necessary vaccinations
- PPD Test
Desired Qualifications
- The ability to communicate in Spanish, Creole, or both
- BSN
- Athena experience
- Experience, preferably in ambulatory or primary care
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with providers and interdisciplinary teams
