Job Summary

Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations within the clinical setting to ensure quality patient care and serve as the liaison between physicians and staff. Provide leadership and support for the Pod Liaison and Clinical Coordinator, demonstrating decision-making, problem-solving, and delegation skills while managing weekly staff swipe reports and PTO requests. Identify staffing needs in advance, monitor overtime use, and conduct monthly staff meetings to communicate initiatives and evaluate clinical performance. Directly deliver patient care by collecting lab specimens, administering injections, obtaining vital signs, and documenting all activities accurately in the Electronic Health Record. Maintain efficient patient flow, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable departmental policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 Years related work experience
  • 5-8 Years preferred
  • State of Oregon RN License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Auto Insurance
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform diverse work assignments with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills
  • Knowledge of current nursing practices and protocols
  • Ability to lead and manage a team with Physicians
