Job Summary
Oversee clinical team operations across three ambulatory sites, managing daily staffing, scheduling, and direct patient care as needed. Lead clinical staff in mentoring and development while interpreting personnel policies to ensure compliance with standards. Drive quality and service improvement initiatives through active participation in departmental committees and process optimization. Collaborate with practice managers and physicians to address clinical issues, manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for nurses and medical assistants. Requires Massachusetts RN licensure, BSN, and 4-5 years of supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts RN licensure
- CPR
- BSN preferred
- 4-5 years clinical nursing experience
- Supervisory, team lead or charge nursing experience
- working in an ambulatory setting
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- Driver License
