Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized nursing care in the Emergency Department at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center - Neenah. The role requires current Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS within specified windows, and BSN within five years for non-BSN hires. The position is 12-hour night shifts, every 3rd weekend, on a part-time basis (Scheduled Weekly Hours: 22). The role emphasizes collaborative practice with the interprofessional team, evidence-based care, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in a Level II trauma center ED with stroke center capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- BSN Completion: Upon hire, any non-BSN nurse with less than one (1) year of licensed Registered Nurse experience will be required to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within five (5) years of hire.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire date
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire date
