RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor - Nights

Provide leadership and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents with complex medical needs at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. Support and mentor nursing staff, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and therapists, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering hands-on nursing care when needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development during night shifts.
