RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor - Nights

Provide leadership and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents at the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. Support and mentor nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and maintain regulatory compliance while promoting positive health outcomes. Collaborate with respiratory therapists, therapists, physicians, and social workers to deliver comprehensive care for children and young adults with complex medical needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide hands-on nursing care when necessary. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development during night shifts.
