RN Clinical Nurse - Neuro IMCU - PRN/Nights

Conduct direct patient care in the Neuro IMCU, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports to ensure safe, quality care while documenting progress and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and participate in research utilization to address practice questions and optimize patient outcomes. Maintain current certifications in BLS and ACLS, and uphold all organizational policies and safety standards. Requires a BSN, 10 years of direct patient care experience, and instructor-level BLS/ACLS.
