RN Clinical Nurse II - Acute Care Nights

Coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting, demonstrating competence in managing patients with complex problems including physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects. Prioritize tasks and organize care according to patient needs while performing bedside point-of-care testing as required. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate outcomes, revise care plans, and ensure continuity of communication. Participate in unit goals, performance improvement activities, and cost-effective care initiatives while promoting a safe, clean, and secure environment. Assess patient readiness to learn and develop relationships with families to advocate for their needs. This weekend, part-time role at Caldwell Memorial Hospital requires a licensed Registered Nurse with one year of experience and BLS certification.
