RN Clinical Nurse - ENT Clinic - Augusta, GA

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care delivered. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns in-depth, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council service, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and keep current with industry best practices. Full-time 8am to 4:30pm, 40 hours per week.
