RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Throughput

Job Summary
Coordinate hospital patient throughput and care coordination to optimize flow across all levels of care. Collaborates with unit Charge Nurses, Central Patient Placement, EVS, Transport, case management, and leadership to prioritize admissions, transfers, and discharges. Monitors throughput dashboards (TeleTracking, NATE Tempo, NATE DDD, Qlik, EDMV) and hospital-wide bed availability, initiating escalation pathways to reduce delays and support proactive capacity planning. Requires nursing degree with 2-3 years of acute care experience; standard Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–3:30pm).
