As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Throughput, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, assist with admission and discharge processes, and manage staff labor and scheduling. This role is pivotal in collaborating with management to enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days
