Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services in collaboration with management, while collaborating with subject matter experts to foster teamwork and improved outcomes. Support service recovery efforts and operationalize nursing strategies including employee and hourly rounds. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, and implement courses of action for training, development, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations. Assist with staff scheduling and manage practical labor aspects, while supporting proper inventory control and managing supplies and equipment. Requires Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of hire; 2 years of RN experience.
