Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care. Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services in collaboration with management, while collaborating with subject matter experts to create an environment supporting improved outcomes. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, and implement courses of action including training, development, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations. Manage all practical aspects of staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines. Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment. This role requires an RN with two years of experience and Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
