Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput. Monitor nursing care in collaboration with management, collaborate with subject matter experts to improve outcomes, and support service recovery initiatives. Provide recommendations for interviewing, selecting, and training new staff, while managing practical aspects of staff scheduling and labor in accordance with productivity guidelines. Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment. Requires Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment, plus a Registered Nurse diploma and two years of experience. This role is part of a 585+ bed hospital and a 95+ bed psychiatric facility within the HCA Healthcare network.
