Job Summary
As a RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Med Surg, you will ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care while directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care in the unit. This role requires collaboration with management and staff, as well as participation in staff development and quality assessment initiatives. You will assist with patient admission and discharge, manage staff scheduling, and support a patient-first philosophy.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
