RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator ICU

The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator ICU coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU during the designated shift. Responsibilities include assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput, assessing quality of patient care in collaboration with the management team, fostering teamwork to improve outcomes, supporting patient-first initiatives and service recovery, operationalizing nursing strategies to enhance engagement, participating in interviewing, selecting and training staff, and assisting with staff scheduling and inventory control. The role requires ACLS, BCLS, TNCC within specified timeframes, and an RN with either an Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree. Centerpoint Medical Center is part of HCA Healthcare.
